CurrentResponsible for design, implementation and support of Microsoft 365 workloads including Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online and Yammer. In this role continue to be a key contributor to governance planning and life cycle management. Worked closely with Cyber Security assuring proper controls were in place to manage access and data privacy. Actively manage support for collaboration services. I oversee the work of the vendor and assure operational excellence through a continuous improvement mindset. Deliver customer outcomes utilizing ITIL framework to improve reliability, security, performance, resiliency, and service levels. Beyond my primary roles and responsibilities, I developed and led technology champion program ensuring customers can effectively deploy and adopt Microsoft technology. This was an initiative that demonstrated my knowledge and commitment to learning.
