Responsible for the learning and development needs of two divisions within British Gas, my role in one is to lead a team of behavioural trainers delivering the induction programme to the 500+ Smart Energy Experts currently being recruited. In both, I perform a consultative role, working with the Senior Management team, to ensure their business areas and direct reports development needs are identified and interventions delivered.

Taking additional responsibility for HR and employee engagement last year, this enhanced role involves every aspect of people management and development. Whilst a steep learning curve, the challenge has been great - and I've achieved some significant things too! What a bonus!

Responsible for the learning & development of the leaders within our Blubeckers brand. I worked closely with new management teams to open restaurants and train front of house colleagues, including service excellence, health & safety and food hygiene requirements.

Responsible for both the Graduate and Management Development training programmes. Designed the end to end process from Assessment Centres through to evaluation and talent managment after the programme.
