The UXR Collective began as small group run by team of researchers that soon grew to be the largest user research community in the world. We are an organization that aims to provide a platform for UX Researchers to build community, share knowledge and promote the practice in Toronto and beyond. Spearheading the newly formed Global Expansion group at Pivotal Labs, my focus is to facilitate the decision-making process around the sequence and timing of new office openings and markets for Pivotal. Our goal is to ensure Pivotal has a strategic global presence, and to ensure we can support sales in growing markets.My talented team of results-oriented professionals are responsible for fostering transparency, collaboration and accountability of all Pivotal office opening activities through our playbook and project management capabilities. In this management role, I'm really enjoying the process of expanding my knowledge and experience around international markets and affairs, financial operations, and global operations. It is incredibly satisfying to be surrounded by talented "Pivots"​ who are passionate about helping our customers transform the way they make software and how they run their businesses.

In this role, I am responsible for setting the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution and completion of specific projects that drive company strategy, commitments and goals. My primary focus is on high value strategic initiatives across the Pivotal Labs organization, including field enablement and sales effectiveness, customer feedback assessment and implementation, as well as optimizing and scaling internal systems and processes. I enjoy partnering with cross-functional teams through leading meetings, managing tasks and tracking activity to bring projects to completion on time and within budget.

Alongside Mayor John Tory and his team, I am a proud Torontonian who is part of a three-member tech advisory team to work on both short-term and long-term fixes for the parks and recreation registration process.
