My duties included the isolation of different proteins and antibodies from the immunological production. These were polyclonal antibodies, fractionation, chromatographic absorption and cleansing of human serum proteins. The devices used for the prosesses were different Pellicon ultrafiltration equipment, ÄKTApurifier liquid chromatograph, soft gel chromatographies, different spectrophotometers and clinical chemistry analyzers. Production control system was SAP oRp.

My duties consisted of the quality control of paints before batch was moved to canning. If necessary I made the instructions for correction and I tested it in the laboratory. All the raw materials which came to the factory, had to be accepted in the laboratory.

I also tested binders in paint products by using Tikkurila’s own or standardized chemical and physical methods. I was responsible of updating the test methods and work instructions of binders product development. In addition I did binder production support, such as measurements and analyzes for the approval of the new raw materials and the reception of the raw materials.
