Paul Aldo is the founder and CEO of Executive Presence Inc., a leadership development firm based in Atlanta, Georgia. His work focuses on executive presence, executive communications, executive teaming and executive assessment. Services are delivered through structured, multiple participant programs, consulting, and one-on-one coaching. Recent clients include managers and executives from AmerisourceBergan, Carrier Corporation, Chevy Chase Trust, The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, The Coca-Cola Company, The Hartford Insurance Company, The Home Depot, Nationwide Insurance, Pratt & Whitney, Southern Company, and United Technologies Corporation.Before starting Executive Presence, Paul was an executive with Ernst & Young’s Management Consulting practice, where he led several large engagements focused on people issues and worked with executives from some of the nation’s leading companies. These companies included Cisco Systems, Eli Lilly, Johnson & Johnson, and JP Morgan Chase, among others. Paul has also held leadership positions with GE in the United States and Asia-Pacific, and with Intellinex (an Ernst & Young company), where he was a senior vice president with responsibilities that included employee and organizational development. Prior to joining Ernst & Young, Paul was an adjunct faculty member at the University of Virginia, where he taught in the McIntire School of Commerce and pursued his interests in workplace performance. He holds a Ph.D. from the University of Virginia, M.S. and M.A. degrees from Western Michigan University, and a B.S. degree from Michigan State University. Paul is also on the faculty of the Institute for Management Studies, frequently writing and speaking on issues in executive development and workplace performance. His book, Understanding Executive Presence and How to Make it Work for You will be available in May of this year.
