A belief honed over a career that has taken me through Financial Services to Teaching, School Leadership, Change Management and Education Consulting. My key value has always been the ability to engage people around me to pull together, and then forward, in positive action. As a result, I am known for my ability to convert opportunity and drive outcomes. I think at a systems level to identify opportunities for improvement, implementing best practice leadership and management thinking and principles to drive stakeholder outcomes (student and shareholder), strengthen organisational decision making and maximise productivity and outcomes. In my most recent role as Education Consultant for School Improvement at AISNSW, I am able to provide high-quality services and tools to assist education systems, schools and school leaders in their improvement journey. I partner with School Principals and leadership teams to conduct rigorous assessments and analysis of a school's current situation with respect to student outcomes, teaching and leadership practices. We collaborate to leverage these results and evidence rich practice, to enhance and enact strategic plans that are centred on maximising outcomes for all students, and sustaining this improvement over time.Critically, I am comfortable taking the initiative in any setting, shown over a series of roles where I have pitched and secured approval for meaningful change initiatives, including the implementation of an agilelearning transformation (formative assessment) and formal accreditation for Lathom High School and the strategic re-set of Kambala School’s extra-curricular program, driving twelve-fold growth.Please see below some other selected achievements.
