PAUL ALEXANDER is a seasoned HR Generalist with more than 26 years experience, primarily in the in the Financial Services sector. He has focussed expertise in Organisational Development, Organisational Design, Training, Design of Learning Architecture, Talent Management, Recruitment, Selection and Assessment, Coaching and Change Management; Specific OCM expertise in SAP, Oracle etc

In his career Paul headed up Recruitment and Selection for Old Mutual, held generalist and regional HR Management roles, operated as an HR Executive at enterprise wide level, and drove major change projects. Most recently he headed up Talent Management and OD at Old Mutual. He helped drive a major culture change programme in a large corporate that shifted employee climate from 46-69%, and improved the organisation from 108 to 5th place in the Best Companies to work for Survey. He drove the creation of South Africa's first Corporate University from idea to execution, including crafting a Global Leadership Development Programme with London Business School and developing a R54m campus. In his first year as Head of Old Mutual Business School it won 3 international awards, including the ASTD Best Award. Paul holds degrees from the University of the Witwatersrand and has done post graduate studies at London Business School and IESE (Barcelona). Paul has full knowledge of SA Labour Law including Basic Conditions of Employment Act, EE act, NQF, Skills Development and PPI Bill.
