After 20 wonderful years at Roschier, my husband Karri and I decided to make a life style change and explore something new, outside the ”normal” business world. Our Italian company Linnazello is the first step in this adventure. Linnazello currently owns one elegant villa in Tarquinia, Italy, that is available for rental for a true getaway in the beautiful Italian countryside close to Rome and Tuscany (www.linnazello.com). We are also exploring possibilities to expand the business of Linnazello further to combine our Finnish-Italian interests (perhaps also through additional property investments), and to provide easy access to us all to the unique Italian culture and culinary world.

I was heading the Public M&A practice of Roschier in Finland, and have been involved in numerous complex public takeovers and other public M&A transactions representing both bidders and target companies. I have also extensive experience in various capital market transactions and have been supporting listed companies in disclosure, insider and governance matters, including administrative proceedings before the supervisory authorities. I was also actively involved in the development of the Finnish takeover regulation, e.g. by acting as secretary to the working group preparing (and subsequently revising) the Helsinki Takeover Code.
