The site design is pedestrian-friendly, creating a community-focused environment strategically oriented toward the proposed Thornton Creek drainage channel improvements project by Seattle Public Utilities - Manage all aspects of operations from through hands-on leadership and delegation of assignments and projects.-Communicate goals and share achievements with ownership and vendors to ensure maximum efficiency.-Ensure that contractual obligations with all partners and retail tenants are met.Implement management systems to ensure efficient property operations including, but not limited to, emergency response system, preventative maintenance program, proper documentation, record keeping, licenses, and insurance.Actively participate in the planning and implementation of marketing strategies.

Designed, implemented and monitored existing operational systems. Hired and trained seasonal staff.Communicated goals and shared achievements with partners at the University of Washington and vendors to ensure maximum efficiency.

Seattle Pacific University Student Housing:133 unitsManaged all building operations including but not limited to leasing, apartment turns, maintenance.Worked positively with the owners and partners to ensure that owner goals were achieved at the highest possible level.Managed Financial projections, statements, budgets, delinquencies and other assignments.

University of Washington Family Housing : 399 unitsShow apartments, process applications, prepare and sign leases, assist residents of with all aspects of their tenancy. In cooperation with on-site manager, ensure that the Radford Court apartments maintain a presence through on-line and printed advertising. Organize tenant events.

Led visual merchandising teams for a chain of shoe stores and supermarkets. Created training materials for sales staff and designed advertising materials.
