I'm Paula, co-founder of Useflow, a startup that uses the power of communication to build solid corporate cultures and competitive companies.Communication has always played a key role in my career and in my development as a professional. From an early age, I committed myself to finding my way of communicating – speaking loudly, with passion and, always, in a very emotional way, never leaving aside the technical foundations of what I proposed.And it was this mix of styles that made me, over 15 years in the corporate world, working in very technical areas, start in 2007, to become actively involved in training and team building activities - two of the pillars of what we believe to be fundamental for the development of a solid and positive culture.In an increasingly fast-paced and decentralized world, in which corporate culture has become a differentiating factor in the job experience, knowing, engaging, training and communicating become even more relevant elements in companies' strategies.And it was to respond to this challenge that, in 2019, we founded Useflow, a startup from Pernambuco to the world, which aims to change the way companies communicate with their teams, focusing our technological solution on delivering a complete platform of vertical communication, which allows our clients to research their audience, evaluate results, reinforce culture and even promote education sessions through micro learning.Due to my affinity and experience with market challenges, I assumed the position of Product Owner and discovered a new ability in myself: capturing existing problems in the market and designing solutions to these problems, always focusing on the customer's experience and success. .Today, I am one of those responsible for starting Useflow's operations in Europe, with our base in Portugal and I work directly with our team in the development of a solid, scalable and genuinely international product.Do you want to boost your company's results by building a solid and positive culture where no one is left behind?
