Developed and implemented trade training initiatives in merchandising, retail sales, team sales, product knowledge, productivity, safety, public relations, customer service, CRM database management, financial reporting procedures, marketing and promotion. A Certified International Trade Professional (CITP), completed the Masters Certificate in Project Management at St Mary’s University(offered in partnership with the Schulich Executive Education Centre, York University) and is working toward professional accreditation for PMP® (Project Management Professional) certification . Ms. Lunn was selected in 2012 as an Item Writer for the Forum for International Trade Training, Ottawa Canada. Currently holds level II Secret clearance.
