Understanding the acceleration of consumer and technology trends as well as the macroeconomics shaping the world is essential to leading in times of fast disruptions. But there's another very relevant component to good leadership: sharing. I created OFFBounds, a weekly podcast, because I thought we needed to push some boundaries, have deeper conversations with commerce leaders, and explore the opportunities and challenges in the industry. On our show, we also challenge geographies as we believe that we can learn a lot more when we have perspectives beyond our regional bubbles.
