Published the global reference label, foundational document for the development of country specific labels. Enabled R&D organizational competency development, acting and a coach and mentor to regional managers and their teams.Established improved product development best practices (BB Pilot Project), shortening development time by one year and improving productivity by 25 %.RESPONSABILITIES: Lead the development, peer review and communication of global and regional product technical objectives, biology plans and associated budgets, and protocols;  Worked closely with regional field development managers and respective teams and collaborators to ensure that field trials were conducted according to prescribed best practices and that data collection and recording were performed per quality standards and timelines;  Lead development and peer review of large and complex data packages, data analysis, summarization, and publication of key conclusions and learning to allow effective leveraging amongst countries and regions, enabling a robust and effective decision making process;  Lead development of product biology data package as basis for label directions for use in accordance to product stewardship best practices.

In parallel, led large and challenging ‘change management’ organizational improvement process in R&D involving stakeholder at all levels of the organization.RESULTS:  Delivered organizational productivity improvement of 25% in the first year of execution (2015). Wrote and published organizational Governance Standard Operating Procedures, formalizing significant process improvements in compliance with the highest stewardship and best practices principles. Created a new competency group - Data Management Global Network Team, responsible for assisting Development Managers in ensuring highest level of quality in data generation and reporting. Actively consulted in hiring, training, coaching and mentoring new team.  Delivered a robust control plan backed up by key stakeholder support and adequate resources for solution implementation (process, competency and capacity improvements). Created and institutionalized new higher standards for data development, collection, reporting, analysis, summarization and publication.  Created auditing process and key criteria to monitor quality of execution and quantify progress in terms of cost reductions and productivity gains.RESPONSABILITIES: Created project charter, negotiated resources, assembled team, assigned responsibilities, and coordinating all activities for timely completion of project spanning three years. Developed, executed, summarized and communicated results of comprehensive ‘voice of customer’ surveys. Led the development and implementation of the Potato Enterprise Project in the Pacific Northwest, a highly successful North America business initiative, working with all participants of the potato value chain, from growers to processors, to position key components of the Crop Protection Portfolio as true value creators for growers. RESULTS:This project led to a novel portfolio position and technical recommendations and net revenue improvement of US$ 35 MM. RESPONSABILITIESDeveloped and conducted an extensive market research effort with 40 of the largest potato grower customers in Idaho, Oregon and Washington – the results of which were considered as best in class. Led a multi-disciplinary team of 30 top talent professionals in sales, marketing and field development to create, develop, resource, and execute a large field development and value creation demonstration program. IN PARALLEL - Served as Main Editor, Cyazypyr® Technical Knowledge Transfer Training Resources: during same period, served as main editor for creation and publication of knowledge transfer training package for large global product launch of new US$ 500M insecticide Cyazypyr®. RESULTS: Publication of all global technical bulletins and training presentations, foundation documents for preparation of regionally tailored and country translated Cyazypyr® launch knowledge transfer training packages.RESPONSABILITIESLed cross-functional team of experts to assemble massive amounts of available technical materials (data summaries, publications, presentations, photos) and translate them into cohesive technical knowledge documents. Coordinated activities with in-house communications experts and contracted art design specialists to create various visual aids (animated schematics and videos) to help translate complex technical concepts to audiences of varied backgrounds.

Contributed to creation and demonstration of technology value to customers, translating complex technical concepts into practical value adding solutions to customers.RESULTS:  Provided significant contributions to the creation, demonstration and execution of product positioning and value proposition that ultimately delivered the outstanding organizational achievement = 1 billion dollars product! Delivered biology data package and created Knowledge Transfer Materials  Created global reference label and peer reviewed all of country labels Delivered more than 300 scientific talks, technical presentations and training sessions to a wide variety of audiences worldwide during pre-launch and launch process.RESPONSABILITIES: Coordinated regional teams (NA, LA, AP, and EMEA) in all product related lab, greenhouse, and field experiments. Established large R&D network and generated high quality biology data to build product knowledge in support of product registration.  Established Rynaxypyr® Susceptibility Baseline database, key reference for monitoring and managing resistance development.  Created and institutionalized internal product technical support global network acknowledged by senior R&D leadership as highly productive and value adding.
