Staff management, Abattoir registration & liaison with Department of Agriculture and Rural Development, Livestock purchases (settlement statements) & purchase pricing, cost & GP calculations (block tests, recipes, etc.), Sales pricelists management, customer accounts (queries & reconciliation), bank payment allocation & customer age analysis, credit application approval, supplier/customer agreements, logistics, insurance claims, commission calculations, stock management, credit claim approval, software (meat matrix query management), Social Media marketing, customer relations.

Assisted 2 lecturers with Behavioural Genetics and Genomics tutorials (for 3rd year undergraduates). This included marking/grading of tutorials, semester test invigilation, and (for Genomics) presenting tutorials.

I was Residence Council member in charge of two main Portfolios: Social, and Media & Marketing.Under the Social portfolio my responsibilities included arranging social events with other residences, on and off UFS campus. Creating a environment where inter-cultural education could take place between ladies of different races and backgrounds sharing the same space. I was also responsible for arranging our annual Formal event which was attended by over 200 students. This was great for learning about logistics and management of finances.Under the Media & Marketing portfolio I was responsible for the marketing of the residence. This included social media platforms Facebook, Instagram and for the first time in residence history, a Blog. I was also responsible for the design and ordering of residence merchandise, specifically clothing.I also learned how to work in a group environment along with the other RC members, and how to handle responsibility (especially being responsible for 80 first years, as well as the rest of the house).
