Create and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with the company’soverall marketing and business objectives.Define clear, measurable goals for social media performance, including brand awareness, leadgeneration, and customer engagement.Develop and manage a content calendar to ensure timely and relevant content across all platforms.Oversee the creation of high-quality, engaging content (text, images, videos) tailored to each socialmedia platform.Lead and manage a team of social media specialists, content creators, and community managers.Monitor and engage with the social media community, responding to comments, messages, andreviews.Prepare regular reports and presentations on social media metrics, insights, and recommendationsfor improvement.Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and technologies.Develop and implement contingency plans for potential social media issues.

• Generate new business opportunities to drive pipeline growth• Outbound prospecting via lead gen inquiries and cold calling key targeted accounts• Work closely with marketing and Sales managers and individual Account Executives to developcall strategies and messaging to drive opportunities for new business• Set up virtual calls through MS Teams, Zoom, and Google Meet for Sales DevelopmentRepresentatives (SDRs) Establish and improve sales development processes to maximize teameffectiveness Establish short- and long-term strategies for generating and qualifying sales leads• Motivate SDRs to exceed goals through coaching, activities, and incentives• Achieve monthly quotas of Qualified Opportunities• Develop key performance metrics and dashboards that help the SDR team stay focused anddeliver the results• Manage, track, and report on all sales activities and results of the team.
