Oversee the company annual conference and internal Marcoms.• Budget Management: Responsibility of annual marketing budget and evaluate ROI.• Supplier/Agency Liaison: Principal contact for marketing and related supplier relationships, including design, website, SEO or digital agencies - briefing in the specific projects and negotiating costs etc.• Management Reporting: Attend regular management meetings and contribute to the executive and board meetings, reporting on all KPIs, marketing project developments and campaign analytics.• Staff Management: Coach and manage a small support team and oversee all marketing campaigns and activity. Encourage and support personal and skills development of the team.• Compliance: Responsible for the conduct and compliance of all financial promotions – direct and those of approved introducers and credit brokers.
