I have more than 20 years as professional in business communication and customer service and in the Greater New Orleans area. I have 15 years of experience in working within the vulnerable communities, especially the Hispanic community, in various roles and capacities. I have a strong background in public speaking, management, leadership, and administrative management and building management. I have a Bachelors in Business Administration focused in Business/Corporate Communications from Universidad de La Salle. I am passionate about mentoring, nonprofit volunteering, and communication, and I strive to make a positive impact in the lives of others. Some of my achievements include, implementing a pilot in workforce initiative for moms in the early childhood sector, increasing the membership and visibility of the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce of Louisiana Foundation, Co-chair the anual gala of the Hispanic Apostolate and built and retain a volunteer group of more 100 volunteers. I am a connections builder, among stakeholders and the grassroots of the Hispanic Community, public speaker, trainer and mentor.I have lead the efforts to promote and support outreach community Programs whike working with multiple stakeholders, including families, providers, funders, and policymakers.
