I'm proud to say nearly every silicon wafer made in the last 20 years has been on our equipment at one time in it's life!Our machining team specializes in micron accuracy machining on our fleet of hard turning, grinding, and milling equipment. The assembly team builds those systems into micron and sub micron accuracy machines. The entire staff contributes to doing amazing things every day!

Met critical requirements to locate defects with better than 5um defect location accuracy.Designed large sand castings for supporting the scan stage subsystem, and mounting five key optical subsystems. Responsible for defining interfaces and detail design of kinematic mounting features including positioning of kinematic features in three dimensional space within 25 micron true position accuracy on a ~1m^3 cast aluminum structure. Successfully met product goals while minimizing necessary degrees of freedom to speed alignment and system integration time.
