 Project Manager/GM for a company responsible for over 3000 TxDOT logo and directional signs. These signs provide motorists with information about nearby services and destinations.  Managed a staff of 20 employees and 5 vendors. Reported directly to the board of directors. Managed relationship with TxDOT regarding all aspects of Logo, TODS & MSAGS programs. $5.6 million in revenue in 2007. Projected $7.2 million for 2008. $2.3 million remittance to TxDOT. Only vendor for the state of Texas that produces revenue. Grew participant growth: 15% in Logos program, 12% in MSAGS programs, and 283% in the TODS program.  Upgraded website to include three new portals. Overcame significant technical challenges to implemented sign mapping feature. Implemented vendor quality and performance metrics that managed the worst vendor to a 50% improvement.  Completed two statewide inspection and tagging programs. Initiated compliant sales training program. Made major improvements to inventory control system.
