Current- Employed as a member of the Dispatch Team within the Customer Delivery Group. The role was to provide specialist administrative, analytical & dispatch support to Ergon Energy’s Operations Customer Service workgroup.Key.
- Supported, created and updated specialised Work Manuals for new employees. Training manual created for reference.
- Assisted work groups during Natural Disasters to provide efficient and effective customer service to speed up recovery time
- Developed strong customer service skills, by assisting customers presenting themselves to the depot with enquiries.
- Maintained enquires and act as a specialist contact point for internal & external NEM participants to meet stakeholder requirements in an accurate, timely and reliable manner.
- Used specialised skills to maintain and meet depot requirements to plan and schedule work. Provided quotes to stakeholders in compliance with the Australian Energy Regulator (AER) rules.
