Experienced and results-oriented learning, development and training specialist with over 25 years’ experience in designing, developing and delivering blended training solutions that develop workforce capabilities.Operationally and strategically, I have extensive experience in private, state and local government sectors, including university, vocational education and training, education, health safety and training, learning and development, human resources, photographic and retail industries. I have achievements in - mentoring Regional Queensland Training Award Finalist and Winners; coaching Local Government employees in the Rural Management and Australasian Management Challenges in leadership development; conducting training needs analysis for over 2000 employees; developing individual learning plans; scheduling training events and Trainers/Assessors; designing, developing and delivering elearning and face-to-face training programs; onboarding and induction programs; implementing and administering learning management systems; and maintaining training matrixes, records, competencies, reports, metrics and documentation that meet best practice in industry standards.
