Radio announcer, with a vibrant and upbeat personality and a passion for delivering engaging content to listeners. I created 96.9FM's first ever Urban music radio show. The Urban Spotlight Radio Show (turned podcast) featured a weekly personalized curated playlist called "The Livest Mix In the 6ix". Through the show I have interviewed some of today's billboard record musicians. At the station, I assist with board operations, host live-to-air segments, live on-air interviews, cut-ins live on location, train post grad students and assist with event promotions.

-Prepared a variety of routine correspondence and reports within a timely manner. Examples include: tenant complaints, 24 hour access letters, move out acknowledgements, annual rent receipts, confirmation of tenancy, tenant charge letters, Housing Services Act letters, etc. -Performed leasing duties such as preparation and signing of leases-Responded to and resolved all telephone, counter and mail inquiries on a wide range of tenancy matters including, but not limited to, rental accounts, parking, legal matters, transfers, community events, complaints etc. -Actively supported, promoted and assisted with the implementation Toronto Community Housing’s Community Management Plan (CMP) initiatives to: connect, support and engage tenants, maintain and create good quality and safe housing and ensure strong core business practices. -Coordinated tenant legal processes including initiating termination notices for tenant arrears/breaches of Residential Tenancy Act (RTA). -Maintained an effective electronic and manual record keeping system-Provided services to a diverse community respecting TCH’s policies and procedures including: Anti-Ableism, Human Rights and Fair Access, Code of Conduct and Conflict of Interest etc. -Maintained effective relationships with agencies, neighbors, social groups, tenant leaders and elected tenant representatives. -Participated in many community development activities, initiatives and outreach to relevant groups including cultural, racial, sexually diverse, special needs, mental health and homeless groups. -Performed rent assessments in accordance with HSA guidelines and advises tenants. -Processed rent payments for incoming customers, processes batches for bank deposits, promotes and administers pre-authorized rental payments, maintains and administers petty cash, etc. -Performed accounting functions related to accounts receivable and accounts payable.
