Hi-Tec is a small company, and because its small staff, I get to participate in mostly all process within our business. Most of the time I'm managing logistics and accounting, organizing and evaluating quotes, contacting our suppliers and making sure all processes are running on schedule. If I'm needed, I'll also process orders, contact customers and prepare orders to be shipped. Hi-Tec differs a lot from my previous job, where each sector had it's own team. Nevertheless, I appreciate the opportunity of dealing with different areas daily.

This was my first job after college, I grew tremendously through the years at this company. I started as the lab technician and left as the executive manager. This was an electroplating company, so I could develop my skill as a chemist, then I learned about production line, quality control, supply chain, customer service, ISO 9000, and finally about budget. After a while the company needed a new executive manager, and I took that position! It was a very rewarding challenge. I only left my job to start a new life in a different country, and that challenge was also very much worth it!
