Supervise 3 leads, 15+ associates in all aspects of customer service excellence . Point of Sale (POS) and New Hire Orientation Brand Trainer.Oversee/ implement new product training curriculum. Deliver Respiratory Care modalities to patients in the NICU, ER, adult ICU and floor. NICU deliveries, external NICU transport, internal transport and education of new employees and students within all of the aforementioned areas.

Clinical and classroom instruction of students within the program. Develop and implementation of competency guidelines to ensure students are being challenged to learn and grow as they take on caring for the neonatal/pediatric population. Oversee clinical trainings at 2 different hospital clinical sites. Develop classroom materials around the textbook to reinforce disease states, therapies and clinical modalities. NICU orientation and classes for RT and nursing staff. Implementation and training of new modalities HFOV and NO therapy. Transport prior to dedicated team. Oversee and perform all RT therapies within the NICU. NRP and BLS instructor. Research activities with HFOV and NO in conjunction with Neonatologists. Training and education of parents in preparation to take their NICU graduate home.

Oversee, implement and practice all RT modalities within the NICU. Educate/train new employees, therapists, nurses, residents and doctors. Educate/train NICU graduate parents how to take care of their high needs infant in the home setting.
