We organize workshops for people who want to take a creative pause to figure out the next steps related to their career or other aspects of life. The methods we use are based on design thinking.

I worked with funding and event production in a non-profit that aims to open the Helsinki startup ecosystem to people from diverse backgrounds. With a team of volunteers, we conceptualised and organised several events and trainings. I also played a big role in constructing and translating (Eng-Fin) a successful funding application, which I think of as my biggest achievement in the job.

I was responsible for publishing crowdfunding campaigns on the Mesenaatti.me platform, customer support and various communication and marketing duties (newsletters, press releases, social media marketing).

Alongside my daily job I have been organising events, more as a hobby. Among those are speed dating nights and a dance event Speakeasy, which I have organised annually for 300 attendees since 2013. I have been responsible for the whole event production process, from ideating and marketing to practicalities.

Käänne 2016 is a recruitment event turning the traditional rectruitment fair on its head, put into practice through volunteer work. In the event, highly educated jobseekers are the exhibitors that employers come to meet. I came up with the idea, assembled the production team and participated in all fields of the event management process, including practical arrangements, communications and event marketing.

Yhteismaa is a non-profit organization specialized in new participatory city culture, co-creation and social movements. My duties included a user research for the Nifty Neighbour (social media for neighbourhoods), event planning and communication duties.

I worked as a planner in a project exploring the role of technology in welfare of the elderly. I was responsible for practical communication duties, such as newsletters, press releases and articles, as well as creating content for the project website and social media channels. I also participated in devising questionnaires, reporting and planning events.

I worked in a project evaluating data systems and productivity in the health care sector. Duties included conducting interviews of over 60 healthcare professionals, analysing the data, process modelling and reporting. I also participated in organising seminars.

Alongside my studies I managed the startup’s office administration and invoicing, as well as daily office tasks.

Alongside my studies, I worked as a part-time Office Manager at this small mobile application company. I took care of the company’s office tasks and invoicing.
