I advise both corporate (mainly Limited companies, LLP's, Partnerships and Sole Traders) and individual clients on a wide range of areas. For corporates tax efficiency is always at the forefront and protecting the business to ensure continuity through shareholder agreements, protection of company profits whilst also looking at the bloodline protection of the business assets when they are passed to the next generation be it via a Will or during lifetime.Whilst individuals may not have business assets tax efficiency is a common aim, as is ensuring bloodline protection of assets as they are passed through the generations. With divorce rates so high in the UK many parents and grandparents want to protect inheritances from the damaging effects of divorce and other social impacts such as bankruptcy and creditors. I work with corporate and individual clients in establishing retirement and investment strategies including reviewing existing arrangements and/or implementing new ones.
