Manage the Quality and Performance Management department and program. Consult with close to 100 Partners HealthCare Primary Care practices to help them enhance the Patient Experience of Care by improving internal and external communication, practice operations and performance. Design and deliver training programs, webinars and online resources supporting improvement efforts. Work with practice managers, staff and clinicians as an OD consultant in areas such as team building, peer evaluation, coaching and management training.

Human Resource Consultant HR Business Strategies, JapanPartnered with Line Management and Business Leaders to establish learning and development maps, curriculum and initiatives. Provided Human Resource consultation to top management in the areas of Organizational Development, Training, Change Management, Employee Relations and Human Resource issues with the goal of contributing to the bottom line by improving customer service, employee morale, and interpersonal relations by providing management and staff with appropriate tools necessary to outperform competition. Developed talent management strategies, performance management systems and competency structures to align with organizations’ overall learning strategy and business objectives.
