Creativity and initiative at the frontline level in developing and implementing programming for children and youth has led to 20 plus years experience with various First Nations organizations as Assistant Executive Director, Associate Executive Director, Assistant to the Executive Director, Director of Professional Services and Quality Assurance for Psychosocial Services Programming, Planning & Programming Consultant, Youth Coordinator, Consultant and various frontline positions. Experienced and skilled at collaborating with Chiefs in Council, Boards of Directors and sub-committees, all levels of management, and staff in unionized and non-unionized environments in planning and development capacities including program and organization restructuring to optimize programs and services. A career in the health and social services sector has brought significant experience and competency in developing and managing service delivery models, policies and solutions. Understanding of organizational mission and function has led to development of tactical and operational plans and methods to ensure quality management practices are in place. My Indigenous knowledge learned from teachings and personal research enables me to provide advice and direction on the use and placement of culture in service delivery and administrative settings.
