The primary focus of the Telstra Wireless Project Director has been to grow the relationship with Telstra, secure contracted work with Telstra Wireless and to oversee the delivery of the Wireless Project including:- Review of program deliverables with Aurecon team members focussing on time, cost and quality- Drive innovation and process imptovement.- Ensure that Aurecon provides 'value add' solutions.- Regular engagement with Telstra to review progress, performance and future workloads.- Pursue business development opportunities to expand revenues streams.I am also the Telstra Client Relationship Executive with the aim of growing business across Aurecon’s Building, Property, Energy, Defence and Advisory portfolios and establishing the same relationship across Asia.Aurecon brings ideas to life to design a better future.
