Generation Fearless is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization whose mission is to educate, empower, and support first-generation women navigate all stages of their lives by providing mentorship and connecting them to resources. Our purpose at Generation Fearless is to empower first-generation women to thrive beyond their ancestors' dreams. We serve the growing population of first-generation everything, first-generation immigrants, college students, professionals, and entrepreneurs. We define first-generation as anyone who is the first in their immediate family to navigate a new space without a point of reference. Our services and programs are the catalysts to gaining social capital and mobility, addressing generational trauma, and building generational health and wealth.

As a dynamic leader and strategist, I have demonstrated a profound ability to create, facilitate, and manage various organizational initiatives. My achievements include the development and co-facilitation of a specialized two-week training program focused on crisis management, DEI, navigating difficult conversations, and mental health screening, underscoring my commitment to fostering a competent and responsive team environment. Annually, I successfully hired, trained, and supervised a dedicated team for a 10-week intensive project, taking charge of critical communication and operational challenges. My role extended to managing multiple projects and events, orchestrating comprehensive assessment systems, and implementing strategic plans aligned with institutional goals and KPIs. I effectively managed departmental operations, engaged with a broad network of stakeholders, and drove the development of policies and innovative solutions that significantly enhanced diversity, inclusion, and cultural competency within the organization. My leadership in spearheading educational workshops and managing significant funding and budgets, coupled with my efforts to improve recruitment and admissions processes, highlights my capacity to drive organizational success and positive change.

Power is designed to support first-year students as they transition to university expectations and develop skills in three areas: academics, community engagement, and personal development.Pioneer Success Seminar is a credited course that focuses on the tools necessary to become a successful college student. Academic, social, and personal development are major concepts throughout the course.

Provided intensive case management and crisis intervention support services to children and families of diverse backgrounds with mental health and behavioral challenges.

Assisted in the development and facilitation of services and programs that helped inmates gain vocational skills, resume writing, and guided job searches.
