My work involves advising and helping people dealing with a momentous and emotional time in their lives. I offer sympathetic yet robust advice and support for married and cohabiting couples on issues ranging from divorce, finances and children to separation and pre and post nuptial agreements. I believe it is important for separating couples to try and resolve their issues amicably through negotiation or with the assistance of mediation or the collaborative practice as this can benefit the whole family both in the short and long term. Sometimes, with the best will in the world this cannot always be achieved and in those situations I can advise and support a client through the difficult legal maze of the court process.
