Senior Recruiter - Talent Acquisition Development
Supports hiring efforts by sourcing, screening, interviewing, qualifying and closing candidates for opened Vanguard positions. Assumes a leadership role and acts as a resource for less experienced recruiters, suggesting fiscally responsible and cost effective recruitment strategies. Conducts behavioral-based interviews for all internal and external candidates.Partners with hiring departments throughout the hiring process to: develop staffing plans and ensure an adequate candidate pool is maintained. Maintain the highest standards for attracting and hiring top quality candidates. Anticipates problems and provides sound solutions that support HR policies and Vanguard's mission. Establishes close and trusting client relationships byeducating the client and providing advice on market trends, and acting as a consultant throughout the hiring process. Interacts and consults independently with senior management.
