Helping others has always been my life's work. This journey began with a decade of oil & gas administration supporting C-level executives and project management. The 2008 crash of oil & gas market changed my focus to pursuing healthcare. In 2013, I became a Registered Nurse and began working at the bedsides of intensive care units as well as educating experienced and new registered nurses in various critical care topics for the next few years. In June of 2018, I was given the opportunity to help fellow healthcare professionals open a private practice in the Houston Area. Tedder Wellness was born out of the desire to help others achieve an understanding of their personal vision of health and wellness and then build habits that support that vision. My ultimate lifelong goal is best summarized by Leo F. Buscaglia, professor of Special Education at the University of Southern California. "It's not enough to have lived. We should be determined to live for something. May I suggest that it be creating joy for others, sharing what we have for the betterment of mankind, bringing hope to the lost, and love to the lonely.”
