I have always loved building, I enjoy that part of the process so much, the hardest part I am told, but for me it is so exciting to make a project grow, to fight and see it flourish.I have been lucky enough to be able to combine agency and client profile and I have always approached each business as if it were my own. My work philosophy is that we all push the boat and rowing together is the only way I understand professionalism.Over the years, I have made the growth objectives, needs and difficulties of each of the boats I have rowed my own. I have never turned my back on a challenge, a new project, or a goal that seemed to have no owner. That is how I have been growing, adding responsibilities. No project seems too big or too small to me, simply that every project is relevant and key to the strategic business objectives. I manage budgets and teams, some large and some highly optimised. But I have never allowed human or financial resources to define the relevance of the objective.Being at the heart of the business has given me a global vision of the factors that affect results and has helped me to understand the levers that are part of the success of a marketing strategy. Over the years I have learned that people are the key to success. Listening, understanding and analysing have always been present in my best achievements, but above all, the key to my success has been, is and will always be the teams, the people, both internal and external. For me there is no such thing as "internal team" vs "external team", the team is one and works with a common goal. I never forget that I am who I am, thanks to the generosity of the great people who have been part of my professional life, from whom I have learned, with whom I have laughed, cried and laughed again.Shall we talk?
