The campaigns strengthened the triathlon’s brand positioning and differentiation in the Europe, Middle East and Africa circuit.Managed internal and external communications, stakeholder management, partnerships and sponsorships, with a focus on aligning the IRONMAN 70.3 Rwanda brand values and brand image with local partners through designing the creative briefs, press kits and brand placement at key events.Supported the onboarding and training of 150 Rwandan interns and Volunteers that worked at the Giants of Africa World Youth Day and Festival in 2023 that impacted over 3000 youth from around Africa. This involved moderating the Giants of Africa Career fair and managing communications with the interns.Managed the accommodation and boarding logistics for 900 youth delegates that attended the Unleash Rwanda.Facilitated the placement of youth especially refugees and persons with disability in other events in Rwanda like the Trace Music Festival, Giants of Africa and Unleash Rwanda.Created social value for the events eco-system through the design of impactful human capital development programs.

MAJOR ACCOMPLISHMENTSExecuted two of the most notable knowledge sharing events that is Kampala Innovation Week 2021 and The Pearl Of Africa Tourism Expo as the virtual experience and onboarding lead. This role involved stakeholder engagement, mapping out, producing content for and overseeing the virtual onboarding experience, capacity building, programming and moderating communities of practice.My role as Digital Manager also involved cataloging and disseminating content to media and partners to amplify the brand's visibility alongside executing digital campaigns.

I also secure strategic partnerships with travel agents, event organizers, companies and organizations to ensure a steady flow of check-ins.

I basically started the club and along with my Charter Committee we laid the foundation for the future members of the club by not only getting it chartered but also initiating our monthly Kitende-Sekiwunga Immunization Project which has gone on for almost half a year.I also led my team to the Literacy Competition that was hosted by the Rotaract Club of Kampala City during literacy month in March. We went on to win and we received 1,000,000 Ugx Shs from FAWE which we are going to use for a literacy project.Our diligent efforts also earned us the people's Choice Award at the Recent Rotaract Uganda Country Awards were we got the "New kids on the block Award" for being the most vibrant knew Club in our country.

I was a law student at the time so i handled most of the company’s negotiations, bids, filed records on tax returns and customer relations on top of employee motivation.
