About Paula Vertz

Prior to my law training, I enjoyed a varied and challenging professional career, including managing business operations for a medical technology start-up. I was responsible for a number of key aspects of running the start-up, most notably, corporate governance. This involved organising the board, policies, procedures, and processes for sound financial reporting and controls. I was also instrumental in creating customer service and HR frameworks.I am also a trained Montessori teacher, with skills in dealing with children with special needs. This means I understand, relate to, and empathise with children going through challenging times. During my time as a teacher, I progressed from teaching assistant to running a classroom, making significant changes to the learning environment to benefit the children.I have also held roles in sales, customer service and training, all of which have provided me with business acumen and a commercial skill set, and possess a postgraduate degree in International Business.Email, call or connect with me to find out more about how I could add value to your law practice.
