Among many other responsibilities, my position entailed onboarding, training and mentoring new agents through their career as Realtors. Identifying challenges and finding innovative solutions and communicating these to the agents was a daily task and one of my greatest strengths. I was responsible for all license and document compliance and ensuring the agents complete the proper contracts prior to the deadlines while managing the closing services process. I enjoyed the daily coaching and training of the employees while motivating and assisting them in being successful.
