I’ve been in the Human Resources field since 2018, covering all areas we call Generalist. Today, my main role is to take care of people and show that they are the ones who provide the resources, not the other way around. Currently, my role is focused on being a Business Partner, encompassing the dissemination of company culture, training, assisting leaders in decision-making, employee support, and promoting engagement.I’m passionate about people, processes, and everything this fusion can create.✔ I lead the creation of Endomarketing projects, improving communication and engagement between the company and employees. ✔ I implemented an enhanced benefits package from scratch, increasing talent retention and reducing company turnover. ✔ I’m at the forefront of decision-making, culture engagement, and social media support, always aiming to share information about our employees. ✔ I handle all recruitment and selection, onboarding, and follow-up.I love dealing with people, discovering stories, ways, and means. To inspire and be inspired.On the side, I’m also an HR consultant for individuals, performing resume and LinkedIn analysis and reformulation, cover letter writing, and helping people re-enter the job market.My mission is to earn my place of recognition in the market, and I know I have a much bigger purpose than I can see today.
