- Served as Program/Product Manager to drive Multi-Factor Authentication for PC owners at GE Aerospace. Drove a 3 1/2 year program to get 42,000 end-users worldwide to secure their laptops/desktops with MFA, so GE could maintain CMMC-compliance and protect access to sensitive data; lead a team of four to run dozens of deployment “campaigns” site-by-site worldwide to bring MFA adoption to > 95% per site; wrote all management and end-user communication, instructions/FAQs and communication plans, conducted technical training for site leads, coordinated with all GE support organizations, tested MFA solution from alpha to run-at-full-scale, and personally built all adoption reporting using ETL/SQL in data warehouses and dashboards. Technology implemented was PingIdentity (PingID), PingDirectory and PingFed with YubiKeys. - Resurrected prior implementation of PC MFA after pilot had stalled due to supportability/user acceptability issues; was tasked Day 1 to drive solution stabilization, deployment, and support provisioning to meet a short-term compliance requirement; result was 1000 Aviation employees demonstrating their PCs were secured with MFA, allowing GE to pass an audit and continue to intake a seven-figure revenue with DoD partner the US Navy.- Drove a program to implement Identity changes to 200+ applications for the purpose of CMMC/SOX compliance and cyber-risk reduction; worked with CIO delegates to drive app work in a coordinated/scrum fashion to secure with MFA, integrate onto a standard SSO and identity management platform, and on-board to CyberArk for highly-privileged account management (PAM); technologies and standards used are OIDC, OATH, SAML, LDAP, Sailpoint, CyberArk, PingFederate and Rally for work tracking.- Assuming business-facing Program Management role to bring endpoints, users and 2000 applications onto a new Aerospace Identity platform, built in response to the splitting up of GE; technologies used are all of the above, plus Saviynt.
