Since my 2 sons joined the company as share holders, we decided to also redefine our jobroles, more in line with the actual work we do. Odmar van den Berg is Chief Executive Officer now, Karsten Van den Berg chief Financial Officer and I am Chief Commercial Officer. In this jobrole I am responsible for sales and acquisition.With these changes in our management team we are better prepared to our future and the fast growth we are having now.

My wife started Watergames & More. I decided to leave my job at Eibe and joined our own company. Then we decided that I would take over the company to work for it full time.

I grounded this company for the German owners and developed it to a 7 Million company, leading in the Play Industry in the Benelux.

As a sales manager I was responsible for the sales of the Eibe program play equipment. The highlight for me was the sale of a huge play area at Floriade Zoetermeer in 1992.

I was headmaster of this school for 8 years. Because I knew that I didn't want to do this work the rest of my life, I did a lot of studies and decided to take a job in sales after that.

I was a teacher at this school for 6 years.
