The recommendations we made resulted in the elimination of significant bureaucracy across the Army staff and throughout its major commands and the creation of the Army Futures Command. Implementation of our recommendations also created efficiency and improved the Army’s requirements approval process, which reduced years of staffing time, ultimately saving the Army millions of dollars.
