• Build customer confidence and trust with timely, accurate and honest evaluations of Production Readiness, Project Risks, Issues, Milestones, and Budget Health. Continual updates of critical project documentation and sincere, prompt corrective action. • Accelerate time-to-production by coordinating internal and customer teams – DFM/DFA/DFT, Engineering, Quality and Manufacturing – to ensure clear and concise communication, eliminate cross-purpose activities, and foster a One Goal mentality. • Determine, communicate, and meet project requirements and objectives (Budgets, Timelines, Resources). • Lead weekly technical and project meetings, monthly Governance meetings and ad-hoc issue-specific meetings with internal and external stakeholders. • Build and motivate project teams to own and exceed project goals and customer expectations. • Create high energy, low stress work environment by focusing teams on short-term goals for long-term gains. • Drive early approval of initial Customer Requirements, User Needs, Design Inputs, and Specifications. • Create and update monthly revenue and cost projections per resource availability and ETC analysis. • Increase revenue and business opportunities by understanding the customer’s world and seeking risk-based solutions. • Create processes and workflows for integrating Project Management tools across applications and platforms (NWQS, Lotus Notes, Sharepoint, ProjectWebAccess, SAP) and implement Best Practices training for PMO.
