During his career, Paul has launched and developed many successful businesses and individuals careers. Acting as a coach, confidant, role model and leader - he's always demonstrated the importance of leading from the front and never expected others to do anything that he wasn't prepared to do himself. A key to his success has been his ability to focus on what matters most and apply practical solutions to often complex problems. Paul's leadership has served as an inspiration to others, giving his reports and colleagues the confidence to go on to achieve great things in life, sports and business. Many of these now running successful businesses in their own right.Paul's mantra is to keep things simple, treat others as you'd like to be treated and celebrate every success.As the founder and CEO of Orchestrato, Paul has returned to his roots and is now focused on disrupting the business productivity staffing space, specialising in technologies such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, UiPath, and Workday. And as always, making sure his client's needs come first and that they always get the outcomes they desire.Outside of work, Paul is a devoted family man who has always believed in giving back. To this end he has been an active contributor in his local community, serving as a school governor and PTA treasurer, as well as spending 10+ years coaching grassroots sports in football, cricket and hockey for his beloved town of Farnham. Before children, Paul held a huge passion for the natural world, more specifically under the oceans as an advanced PADI scuba diver, and travelled the world searching for the greatest dive sites.
