 Managed staff of Review Technicians (best review hold to bench hold percentage consistently of the three centers), Production Schedulers and Production Control Coordinators (Team maintained turnaround goals despite highest percentage of complex builds- all HP Direct workstations and servers ran through Omaha). Initiated and coordinated implementation of the Guidelines for Order Entry which standardizes the way instructions were viewed in the three centers to reduce review holds. Given several presentations to order entry personnel on pricing and avoiding review holds.  Reviewed and approved all new Statement of Works (SOW) for all of the manufacturing facilities in North America. Have assigned all new accounts requiring customization to the appropriate North America manufacturing facility. Chief pricing contact for the Omaha manufacturing facility. My staff’s responsibilities included Review Technicians - Verify compatibility of hardware and software. Review instructions for clarity and functionality on the production floor, insert or verify proper pricing skus, assigns technical skill level, and soft kit the orders into the proper batches. Production Schedulers - Responsible for scheduling and dropping the orders to be worked. Production Control – Prioritize, monitor, report and communicate daily order completion
