- 20+ years of hands-on Design Engineering services with Information Technology implementation and support for businesses. - Proven ability to support, manage multiple projects for enterprise clients and handle several million-plus dollar projects concurrently.- Support Account Executives (AE) with client meetings, the discovery of Audio-Visual systems needs assessments for Design Development (DD) bid packages, and respond to Audio-Visual Consultant provided bid packages or client-generated Request for Proposals (RFP). - Develop bid package Bill of Materials (BOM) for proposals with complete job costing for equipment, materials, and labor costing and generate proposal Scopes of Work (SOW).- Generate Request for Information documents (RFIs) and conduct client build team dialog to clarify Audio-Visual proposal SOWs and assist with proposal sales cycle with AE.- Handle Audio-Visual proposals from the various stages to issuance/generation to the Construction Document (CD) phase of the project.- Work with AutoCAD / BIM team and project build team to develop and maintain drawing set for projects with drawing package for all Electrical, Telecom, and IT systems coordination needs for Audio-Visual and Sound Masking scopes of a project and provide single line functional drawings of Audio-Visual systems components.- Work with the Audio-Visual build internal and client build team members to ensure projects stay on milestone targets through the various build/construction phases till project completion and client occupancy and hand over.- Design Audio-Visual systems for buildings, client projects so that IT departments or others have full remote reporting and support capacities with "heartbeats" for a room space's Audio-Visual systems with occupancy information to allow proactive system maintenance and automatically generated room reporting and room sweep reporting. Basically, this entails creating Audio-Visual systems to support IT management and reporting standards.
