Helping the MitchelLake Executive group in San Fransisco attracted and develop fantastic candidates for our amazing clients. Dec 2015 - Dec 2017

Coo

Ashland, Oregon, Us

I joined Dr. Cool (now Blue Marble) to help the company take it's next major step forward. Scaled the team and revenue by more than 100%. Moved the company from a small two room office into a 1500 sq ft professional office suite. At a small "start-up" going through an internet style hypergrowth phase (even though we manufacture and sell physical goods) I did a little bit of everything. From running a phone line in the crawl space under our new office, to overseeing $XM purchase orders from major retailers. Coordinated with 3rd party logistics companies to ship our products from our manufacturing facility in China to domestic warehouses and then onto retailers and consumers domestically and internationally. Managed multiple sales channels, coordinated with sales reps and generally did whatever was necessary to get amazing, cool, fun and educational toys and science/exploration kits into the hands of children across the globe.

Oct 2014 - Dec 2015

Analyst / Associate / Head Of Research

Seattle, Wa, Us

As part of our client services team my primary responsibilities concern research and candidate development. I help to identify, evaluate and develop top prospects for our retained searches; seeking to understand technology professional's passions, and looking for matches with our clients current or future needs. In the past I led the research and data entry teams. We strive to continuously refine and improve our methods and process, and I contribute to training efforts and peer development. Parker Remick helps clients worldwide form leadership teams that create groundbreaking software products and services. Placements include CXOs, general managers, and VPs, in innovative functions such as engineering, UX and design, product management, marketing, and communications. Parker Remick seeks to build long lasting relationships with technology professionals and focuses on connecting the right talent with the right opportunity. We serves large companies such as Amazon, Akamai, Google, and Sony, and smaller companies in the portfolios of Accel, Andreessen Horowitz, Benchmark, KPCB, Sequoia, Union Square, and other investors. I'm fairly good at ping-pong and I make Coffee disappear.
