Paul leads a team of people dedicated to growing the support and reach of non-profit organizations. He envisions growth and guides resources to increase opportunity for impact with Advocace team members.

I lead a small team that did big things. In a short period of time, our team contracted with the world's leading money managers to provide investment management for our clients. I also lead our legal team to make sure we created a culture of compliance for our clients and employees.

I lead the team that built the largest email network of radio stations from coast to coast. We also provided streaming services and marketing programs for advertisers to reach users of the vast Popmail email network.

I integrated music-format operations into the largely talk-based Salem Radio Network. In only 6 months, our team took perennially money-losing networks into profitable, client-serving formats.

I had the privilege of starting the national sales arm for Salem Communications' radio division. I started with no accounts and no billing on the books. In a short period of time SRR became a significant revenue contributor to Christian formatted radio stations from coast-to-coast, including the Salem owned and operated radio group and its networks.

Sold radio and television sponsorship of Houston Cougars and SMU Mustang collegiate sports during their inaugural year with Learfield Sports.

Paul joined as a weekend announcer and sales person. He discovered he enjoyed the sales side of broadcast and eventually became National Sales Manager and General Sales Manager of this ground-breaking Contemporary Christian Music radio station.
