During the fall of 2015 semester I worked equipment for 5 sports, I traveled early to all football games, while still keeping my full time student status. My hard work earned a leadership position and a full tuition waver as the Head Student Manager starting in the spring of 2015. My current duties include leading a group of student mangers, ensure that the football team is ready for both practice and game day, and I still travel early to all games while balancing my education. As a Head Manager it is my duty to ensure that all my students know the correct times, procedures, and job roles they need to be successful within their individual position. I had the pleasure to serve as a team member on six different 5S implementation projects throughout the plant. I worked on several visual management projects, financial projects, and a comparative time study analysis. Another project I worked on involved investigating design elements of a critical component of the production process to see if any of those elements may have played a roll in the production failure rates. In a brief three month internship, I worked on several different projects in different departments. To do this, I worked with diligence and balanced my time to accomplish all that was asked of me and more during these projects.
Outside Sales
As an outside sales representative, it was my duty to call on customers and build a relationship with them. Through the relationship I would drive sales by providing solutions for my customer.
