During my tenure as VP Global Operations with ChildFund, I acted as Chair of the Steering Committee of the Joining Forces initiative (JF). JF is a collaboration between the 6 largest child-focused INGOs (Plan International, World Vision, Save the Children, ChildFund Alliance, SOS Children Villages, Terre des Hommes).
