Lead the full life cycle recruiting efforts for multiple vast Government Owned Contractor Operation (GOCO), O&M contract and commercial DZMG owned munitions and energetic device manufacturing facilities. Sourced candidates for a wide variety of roles in Operations, Engineering, Manufacturing and Life Support for multiple geographically dispersed sites. Worked closely with the hiring managers to implement corporate programs, processes and maintain compliance. Day & Zimmermann's Munitions & Government group is one of the country’s leading munitions contractors with extensive expertise in the production, storage and demilitarization of ammunition products and components for the United States Department of Defense and United States-approved foreign governments. Services include munitions production engineering and load, assemble, pack (LAP) operations, to include full-service facilities management, base operations, equipment management, environmental services, and security.

Responsible for the development, implementation and administration of a full life cycle recruitment process and strategy across two separate business units. Developed qualified active and passive candidate pipelines through research, screening and networking. Built relationships and partner with hiring and human resource management to continuously improve the talent sourcing, vetting and deployment process. Partnered with remote site management to ensure staffing needs were met. SOC: support included full cycle recruiting for international operations to include sourcing, screening and in-processing of a wide variety of roles under various contracts to include; Theater Wide Internal Security Services (TWISS/TWISS II) and Worldwide Personal Protective Services (WPPS/WPS) Worldwide Protective Services. Candidate sourcing, vetting, training and deployment to include, force protection, medical and support personnel, EOD K9 Teams, as well as staffed US operation office personnel, i.e. supply chain, finance, legal and management roles.Mason & Hanger: staffed a new Design-Build office filling roles for licensed engineers and architects, CAD support, finance, estimating, administration and management. Day & Zimmermann's Government Services group provided the U.S. Departments of Defense, Energy, and State, Fortune 500 companies, and non-governmental organizations with a broad portfolio of support services, including fixed and mobile security, logistics, life support, facility management, equipment operation and maintenance, and integrated program management. Through Mason & Hanger they delivered comprehensive architecture, engineering and construction services for the government and defense sector, including design and planning, design-build, modular construction and related services. Though SOC LLC they provided integrated security and critical infrastructure solutions assuring safe and effective operations.

My DZTech unit provided support to Applied Materials, the world’s largest OEM of semiconductor process tools. I managed the sourcing, hiring and deployment of Electromechanical Technicians on global field assignments. My team worked with AMAT Technicians at their customer sites in cleanroom environments where they performed installation, retrofits and maintenance on very complex equipment.
